MY Approach

I’m Mariah and I practice heart-forward, evidence-based, slow medicine. I give you time to be heard, space to ask questions, and care that honors your body's wisdom. With medical training and traditional inspiration, I strive to find balance in blending these two worlds and support you in trusting your body through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Just as the moon cycles through its phases and the earth moves through its seasons, we too have natural rhythms. Whether it be the ebb and flow of your monthly menses or bigger transitions, like maiden to mother, I want to be a resource for you. My goal is to help you understand your body and support you in learning how to live in harmony with your seasons. Let’s celebrate the phases we share and the seasons we navigate together.     You see me at every visit, from your first prenatal through your final postpartum. From your first Pap smear to your last. I can be your provider from puberty through menopause and anything in between.
