PREGNANCY CARE

I provide complete pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care—seeing you at every visit from your first prenatal appointment through six weeks after your baby arrives. You'll never see a rotating provider. Just consistent, compassionate care from someone who cares about you and your story.

  • PRENATAL CARE

    Longer visits allow for thoughtful conversation and individualized care. Visits take place both at home and in the clinic and include routine lab work, personalized nutrition guidance, gentle herbal support, emotional care, and birth planning.

  • LABOR SUPPORT

    Attentive care in your home, closely observing and supporting the physiologic process of birth. My goal is to minimize interruptions to encourage labor to unfold naturally while maintaining safety, trust, and deep focus.

  • POSTPARTUM CARE

    This time focuses on supporting rest, healing, and recovery while gently monitoring your physical and emotional well-being. Care includes lactation support, newborn feeding guidance, and space to process.

  • NEWBORN CARE

    Provided from birth through their first four weeks of life. Delivered with gentle attention and thoughtful explanation. Care can include standard newborn screenings, routine tests, and medications, if desired.

I offer educational workshops and women’s circles designed to educate, connect, and honor the many seasons of our lives. Workshops are aimed at increasing our understanding of our bodies, while circles create a gentle, reflective space to honor emotional milestones and life transitions. From a first period, to a pregnancy loss, to becoming a mother, or entering your crone era. Come with your friends!
